Stayed here for a few months. It was perfect for a temporary stay. Reasonable rates, friendly people, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend

This facility is poorly cared for, and frequently passes city inspections by just the skin of their teeth. Walls are crumbling, including the structural foundation work in the basement. Multiple times I have been verbally assaulted or otherwise abused while simply waiting for my boyfriend to come let me in. Treated like a criminal for doing literally nothing but waiting on the porch. Thank goodness we were able to find my boyfriend a new place to live. This place might have been the least expensive option when he was otherwise facing homelessness, but it’s still not worth it! He would have been better off living in a van than this dump. This “private club” is just a gross group of arrogant men who would otherwise have nowhere else to live because no one else would put up with being treated the way they treat people. Do not recommend, especially if you are a woman or a part of the lgbtq+ community. This is NOT a safe environment.

Had some interest in living here as it seemed like a nice older building in historic district.. When I first looked into it in the summer It looked like they had a garden going, and things were on the up. When I checked in on a room there recently it was apparently being torn apart and the tenants were rude when asked about it. The whole vibe was not very inviting for a place where you'd be sharing much of your common space with others....tis a shame though it's a beautiful building.

Unless you are truly in dire straights avoid it if you can. There are some really rude shut in residents and the dues are inequal. Best days I had there have been packing up and leaving
